Ann Hanks, a Certified Yoga Therapist (IAYT), brings extensive experience and compassion to her teaching, underpinned by thousands of hours of practice and instruction. Ann completed her initial 200-hour teacher training in Savannah in 2011, followed by an advanced 500-hour certification in Asheville, NC. She has trained extensively with renowned experts such as Doug Keller (Yoga as Therapy), Elise Browning Miller (Yoga for Scoliosis), and Dr. Loren Fishman (Yoga for Osteoporosis and Back Pain).
In addition to her yoga therapy qualifications, Ann has completed 300 hours of training in Ayurveda and now serves as an Ayurvedic Life Coach, offering personalized guidance in nutrition and lifestyle to promote holistic well-being.
