At Golden Root Yoga, the focus is simple: movement that actually supports your life. That means low-impact classes your body can recover from, strength built gradually (sometimes with light weights), and improving mobility and stability so everyday movements feel easier. The goal isn’t to push you to extremes; it’s to help you build a body that feels stronger, more capable, and sustainable over time.
At some point, “I’ll deal with it later” turns into “I should’ve started sooner.”

Some classes include light weights and resistance work, so you’re not just increasing flexibility—you’re building strength that supports your joints and helps prevent injury.

Most new students start with our 5-class pack (valid for 45 days). It gives you enough time to try a few classes, get a feel for the studio, and start building some consistency.
There’s no contract or pressure. We encourage exploration and discovery.

Everything. You have full access to our entire schedule and all our instructors. Each teacher brings a unique style and energy, so you’ll get to see what feels right for you.
Bring what makes you comfortable. We have mats available at no charge, and plenty of props to support your practice.
As often as you like! Come once a week or multiple times per day — it’s unlimited. The more you explore, the more you’ll understand what types of classes and teachers best support your practice.
