You’ve come to the right place. At Golden Root Yoga, we offer a variety of yoga classes designed for all levels, from energizing flows to grounding, slow-paced sessions. Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve flexibility, or simply take a mindful pause in your day, our experienced instructors create an inclusive space where you can move, breathe, and reconnect.

As a new studio, we’re continuing to expand our schedule based on your feedback and needs. More classes and more ways to practice are on the way!

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

This slow, supportive class blends gentle movement, breathing, and guided rest inspired by Ayurveda. Ayurveda is a traditional wellness system that helps people feel more balanced by paying attention to natural rhythms like stress, energy, and the seasons.
Each class is built around a simple theme and may feel more uplifting or more grounding depending on the time of year. The practice is easy to follow and open to all levels. We close with deep rest to help you reset and carry that calm into the rest of your day.

Core 26 is a beginner-friendly Hatha yoga class practiced in a gently heated room (around 90°). You’ll move through a set series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises designed to build strength, improve balance, increase flexibility, and support a healthy spine.
The consistent sequence makes it easy to follow and helps you track progress over time.
Expect clear guidance, a steady pace, and a full-body workout that leaves you feeling strong, stretched, and refreshed.

Meditation offers a simple, guided space to slow down, settle your mind, and build a consistent practice. Each session includes breathwork, light guidance, and time in stillness, with a gentle transition back out so you leave feeling clear and grounded.

Join us in-studio or virtually, with flexible options to drop in or practice regularly.

Power Flow is a strong, faster-paced class designed to build strength, stamina, and focus. You’ll move continuously through a series of poses that link breath and movement, helping you build heat and stay present.

Expect a full-body workout that gets your heart rate up and leaves you sweaty, stronger, and more energized. The consistent structure makes it easy to follow and helps you notice progress over time. You’ll leave feeling steady, clear, and strong in both body and mind.

Strength & Mobility Flow is a thoughtfully paced class that blends strength-building with smooth, focused movement. Through intentional sequences, you’ll build muscle, support joint health, and improve flexibility while staying connected to your breath.

Expect a balanced mix of held poses and continuous flow designed to increase stability, mobility, and overall body awareness. This class supports stronger movement both in and out of the studio and pairs well with other workouts. You’ll leave feeling strong, open, and grounded.

A slow, feel-good class designed to ease tension, improve mobility, and support deep relaxation. You’ll move through gentle full-body stretching, with a varied range of props like blocks, foam rollers, straps or bolsters to help muscles release and soften.

These classes focus on commonly tight areas like hips, hamstrings, back, and shoulders, giving you space to adjust intensity based on what your body needs that day. The pace is unhurried and calming, creating room to slow down, reset, and recover.

You’ll leave feeling lighter in your body, clearer in your mind, and grounded in a deep sense of ease.

Vinyasa is a smooth, breath-led class that links movement together in a steady, easy-to-follow flow. You’ll move gradually from one shape to the next, building warmth, strength, and flexibility while staying grounded and present.
This class is open to all levels and moves at a thoughtful pace, with clear guidance and options along the way. Expect a balanced practice that gently wakes up the body, keeps you moving, and ends with time to slow down and reset.
You’ll leave feeling calm, centered, and more at home in your body.

Yin is a slow, guided class that helps release deep tension and improve mobility in areas that often feel tight, like the hips, pelvis, lower back, and shoulders. You’ll hold each posture for several minutes, using props like blocks and bolsters to help your body focus on the areas that need it most. Your teacher will guide adjustments and variations so you can safely work at your own level.

Yin is especially helpful if you:

  • Sit for long hours
  • Lift weights or train hard
  • Run, cycle, or take active flow classes
  • Feel tight or restricted in the hips, back, or shoulders


Accessible to all levels, no flexibility required. You’ll leave feeling more open, mobile, and in tune with your body.

Yogalates blends mat-based Pilates with gentle, yoga-inspired movement for a balanced, full-body practice. The class focuses on building core strength, improving mobility, and moving with intention and breath.Movements are controlled and low-impact, making it approachable for all experience levels.
You’ll leave feeling stronger, more supported, and more connected to your body.
