Props for Progress

Expanding Through Support

Props aren’t just there to “make a pose easier.” They’re precision tools.

In this workshop, we’ll break down how intentional prop use — blocks, straps, bolsters — can refine alignment, activate underused muscles, and help you access more stability, strength, and expansion in your practice.

This workshop is a skill-building session for anyone who wants to practice smarter.

You’ll walk away with a clearer understanding of how support can become a pathway to strength, clarity, and measurable progress.

Used well, props don’t take away from the work.
They clarify the work.

You’ll explore:

  • How blocks improve joint stacking and load distribution
  • How straps increase active range of motion (not just passive flexibility)
  • How bolsters can create intelligent support that enhances awareness
  • When to use props to build strength, and when to use them to create space
